These are 15 minute photo sessions per group so you can take your time to enjoy a magical Christmas experience in our beautiful gardens. Friendly pets are welcome but must be on a leash. Friday Bookings: Sensory friendly santa-less photos will take place on Friday afternoon. This is a great opportunity for those who may enjoy having their photos taken without Santa present and we can lower the music volume and provide other accommodations as required, if you have any questions please let us know. Digital photo files are included in the session cost and will be emailed through. You are also welcome to take your own photos during the session. To make the most of your session please aim to arrive with plenty of time to park and get ready. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals this may impact the duration of your session. If your group includes more than 5 people please book 2 sessions. Photos may be used on The Lodge website and socials.

Our 1 hour wedding inspection is a free tour of our grounds and venue. Our team will walk you through The Lodge and show you how this could be the venue you have been looking for! WEDDING HALL You will get to see inside our gorgeous wedding hall and all the styling options we have on site including table, chairs, vases, candelabras and more. You will see the outdoor wedding deck that leads straight from the hall outside and overlooks our beautiful streaming river. GLAM ROOM You get to see inside our spacious glam room which is very private and has french doors opening up onto the river and surrounding by trees so no-one will see you and your tribe getting glam before the ceremony. GROOM ROOM You will get to see the groom room which is the perfect place for the boys to chill out and get ready before walking down the aisle. THE TREE CATHEDRAL You will see our STUNNING and one of a kind outdoor ceremony space with soaring pine trees overhead, nestled right on the river edge - you need to stand in this space and experience it! We will also show you our back up indoor ceremony options, so you are covered no matter what. RESTAURANT AND CHAMPAGNE GARDEN You will walk through our beautiful restaurant, bar and outdoor wine garden. This is where we would serve an in incredible grazing buffet for your guests. You may also want to have a pre-wedding welcome soiree or a post wedding recovery party - we take you through all the options! HOTEL ROOMS You will see our hotel quarters externally and if available, some rooms internally. We will talk you through all the accommodations options and how you might break it up amongst your guests and charge for accommodation. GROUNDS AND RESORT You will see around our 9 acres of beautiful gardens, grounds, resort pool and outdoor spaces including some incredible photography locations.
