Events
The Lodge Jamberoo is a country hotel located on 9 acres of riverfront land set amongst a pine forest, surrounded by rainforest and just 10 minutes from the beaches of Kiama. Our venue can accommodate up to 124 guests across 39 hotel rooms.
We have some many spaces for you to host different types of events -conferences, yoga retreats, fitness retreats, workshops, corporate events, school trips, networking events, seminars and much more!
Event Packages
Our standard event package includes:
Two nights accommodation.
39 hotel rooms with capacity for up to 124 people.
We can cater breakfast for all the guests attending the event.
Exclusive use of the incredible riverfront function hall for up to 300 people.
Morning yoga for all guests on the riverfront.
Exclusive use of the River room with AV facilities for events and meetings.
A multipurpose games room.
The Function Hall
The function hall is over 300sqm, with a soaring pitched ceiling and beautiful white painted timber ceilings and beams. It can accommodate up to 300 people.
There is a bar, windows surrounding, with a river deck on one full side that is literally perched above the river with spectacular views. We have rectangle tables, white table clothes and oak cross-back chairs. It's the perfect space for conferences, meetings, corporate events, yoga sessions and much more.
The function hall has the sound system integrated ready for presentations and speeches.
The Deck
Outside the hall is a large timber deck that is perched above a streaming country river, it's pretty spectacular. There are beautiful forest trees than hang over head and you can hear the running water from wherever you are standing. The deck is set up with beautiful white outdoor seating and coffee tables and outdoor lights to enjoy a cocktail party or meet and greet with your guests.
The Terrace
Also outside the function hall and just a few steps below the deck is our terrace, which is a paved area overlooking the river. It is set up with firepits and outdoor white seating. You could make this a fun place to do yard games, or a food truck, an ice cream van, or just a cosy corner with firepits and blankets - there are so many options we can talk you through!
The Tree Cathedral
This is our one of a kind outdoor space. You could not build this if you tried. Nature and time have grown incredibly tall pine trees that soar overhead and surround a space that has become known as our "cathedral". There is a timber pergola that sits high on the bank of our river and is the perfect place to stretch in the morning and find peace.
This space features beautiful manicured gardens that mix with the wild rambling gardens of our estate that have formed over hundreds of years.
The Games Room
The games room is a fun and funky space with a pool table, ping pong, fusball, chesterfield lounges and a very masculine feel. It is a multipurpose room that your guests can use during breaks, or be used to hold workshops, speeches and much more.
Drinks
We have several bars located throughout the venue and we are fully licensed. The function hall has a built in bar, there is a bar connected to the restaurant, a bar just off the River room deck and we have a portable bar we can set up outdoors for your cocktail hour or pool party. We can do all inclusive consumption packages or just charge on consumption. There is no BYO.
Catering
We have a commercial kitchen located in the function hall and we provide all catering for your big day or you can bring in your own choice in catering company.
We also have an onsite restaurant and you can add breakfasts for all your guests.
