Offset Your Venue Hire — Let Your Guests Help Cover the Cost
Want to make your wedding weekend even more affordable? Many couples offset a large part of their venue hire by having their guests stay onsite.
For example, if you have 100 guests staying at $180 per person, per night, that’s up to $36,000 back to you — a major contribution towards your venue hire.
How It Works
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire venue, with all accommodation held just for your guests. Instead of your guests booking individually with the hotel, they pay you directly. This gives you full control and helps you cover your venue costs.
It’s entirely up to you how much to charge per room, per night or per person; whatever works best for your guest list and budget.
Some couples choose to break even, while others use the accommodation fees to cover a portion (or all!) of their venue hire.
